Favorites of 2009

Mathias Wadsholt (keys of BrickNote and whatever we do) & I (ChimneySwift) have put together this list.
Having spent many hours diggin, downloading and corresponding all year about our findings, it should be easy to find some candidates for this list. But the truth is, we spent far more time listening to funky latinos and psychedelica than to whats going on in the present.
Nonetheless we managed to define our favorites of 2009...
I think we both agree that James Pants was one of the most mindblowing initiatives this year...

Mathias Wadsholt

Featuring Guilty Simpson

OBS! Tracket vil ligge til GRATIS DOWNLOAD HER i hele december måned!

The Inevitable

The late Pellin Rodriguez is the most overlooked and clearly the most genius musician to come out of bolero music ever or of whole Puerto Rico in my opinion. He combines universal essential styles of the 60's & 70's into his own unique bolero style. No need for further introduction. check his most popular recordings here
